Returns
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tell us the order number and we will send return instructions.
Refunds
Once a return arrives we inspect it and refund the original payment method within five business days. Original shipping is refunded only when the return is our error.
Damaged in transit
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace the item at no cost.
Wholesale orders
Wholesale returns are arranged with your account contact; quantities and restocking terms are agreed per order.
